About the Programme

Cardiac rehabilitation is delivered through an eight week programme. Prior to attending the programme you will need an assessment by the cardiac rehab/heart failure team, we will contact you to arrange this.

The programme will be tailored to suit your individual needs.

At first you may feel nervous about exercising in a group but you will soon start to feel at home, meeting other people who have had a cardiac event and starting out on your road to recovery.
