What to expect
when you come

Through a unique programme of monitored physical exercise and expert advise, patients can return to a normal, active life with their confidence restored. Many patients express real fear and uncertainty about how much and what they can do. Knowing their limitations, together with a gradual building upon their strengths is the first step.

How long does it take

Over the course of the 13 week programme, Heart Care aims to rehabilitate the body and re-build confidence. Rehabilitation takes place at our Portland Street unit in Walsall.

General information

After completing the rehabilitation course patients are welcome to attend either the Walsall Unit or Streetly unit indefinitely. The after care programme gives members the opportunity to build upon their new and improved fitness levels. There is a small charge for this service. We also run weekly Ta-Chi classes at Walsall.
