Our philosophy is to be able to offer individualised information, support and practical advice, to you and your family on all aspects of heart disease and your recovery.

Our aim is to work with you, enabling you to focus on and make decisions about lifestyle changes and help you achieve your rehabilitation and prevention goals.

Our objective is to empower you to resume and increase your physical activity and to maintain a healthy lifestyle in the long term, to reduce the risk of you having another event.
