About the Programme

This programme covers West Suffolk and Thetford patients and provides a hospital based exercise and education programme. Initial contact is made via letter with a follow up phone call to complete a comprehensive assessment and to discuss the modality of programme the patient would prefer. We offer class and home based programmes and also can provide a hybrid of both in accordance with individualised patient needs.
We offer Cardiovascular classes on Monday and Wednesday mornings and a Limited Mobility Class of Monday afternoon. Classes are mixed gender and we accept patients of all ages and range of physical abilities.
We also offer psychological support and smoking cessation with onward referrals to appropriate services.
